Use at your own risk. By buying, installing or using any MatixBuilt product, you agree to the following.
- Dangerous activity. Riding personal electric vehicles and modifying their batteries and electronics carries real risk, including falls, collisions, fire, electric shock, serious injury and death. You understand these risks and accept them voluntarily.
- Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for choosing the right parts, installing them correctly, checking wiring and polarity, inspecting your vehicle before each ride, and riding safely with proper protective gear.
- Release. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release MatixBuilt LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any claims for injury, death, property damage or other loss arising from the purchase, installation, modification or use of MatixBuilt products.
- No liability for damage or injury. MatixBuilt LLC is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, battery, electronics or other property, or for any injury to you or anyone else, whether caused by installation, misuse, modification, wear or product failure.
- Aftermarket parts. MatixBuilt products are not made or approved by your vehicle's manufacturer and may void its warranty.
- Agreement. Placing an order confirms you have read and agree to this waiver and are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent).
