Terms of service

These terms apply to anyone who visits or buys from matixbuilt.com, a store run by MatixBuilt LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products and intended use MatixBuilt products are aftermarket parts for personal electric vehicles such as Onewheel-style boards. They are not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Future Motion or any other vehicle maker. Installing aftermarket parts may void your manufacturer's warranty.

2. Assumption of risk Riding personal electric vehicles is dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Working on high-voltage battery systems can cause fire, electric shock or damage to equipment. You use, install and ride with MatixBuilt products entirely at your own risk. See our Release and Waiver of Liability.

3. Installation You are responsible for installing parts correctly, checking polarity and wiring, and having the skills needed. If you're not sure, have a qualified person do it.

4. Orders, pricing and availability Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example after a pricing error or if an item can't be made. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund. Pre-order and batch ship dates are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Product descriptions We try to describe products and colors accurately. Anodized colors vary between batches and may look different on screen.

6. Warranty disclaimer Except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy, products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, MatixBuilt LLC is not liable for any injury, property damage, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation or use of its products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

8. Intellectual property The site's photos, text, designs and logos belong to MatixBuilt LLC and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site applies to orders placed after it's posted.
