Front + Rear Addressable LED Light Set

Includes 1 front headlight board and 1 rear tail board.

Both boards

• Input: 12 V nominal, from the controller's 12 V accessory supply (on-board 5 V regulator; designed for 15 V max)
• Connector: JST GH 4-pin, 1.25 mm pitch
• Pinout: 1 Data In, 2 Data Out, 3 GND, 4 +12 V
• Data: WS2812-style single-wire, 800 kHz, GRB colour order; works with Float / Refloat LED settings
• Data input buffered to 5 V, so it accepts 3.3 V or 5 V logic
• Data Out lets the boards be chained (front → rear) on one data line
• Protection: reverse-polarity protection, input surge suppressor (TVS), ESD protection on data in and out
• Front-side components only (flat back for mounting)

Front (headlight) board

• Size: 155 × 16.5 mm
• Output: up to ~1,000 lumens
• 4 × OSRAM OSLON Square high-power white LEDs ("brights")
• 12 × WS2812B-V6 RGB addressable LEDs
• Brights run as 2 pairs, each on its own constant-current driver
• Brights are fully dimmable, 256 steps per pair, controlled as pixel 13 (channel 1 = pair A, channel 2 = pair B; both on = full brights)
• Pixel count to set in software: 13 (12 RGB + 1 brights controller)
• 2 oz copper for heat spreading

Rear (tail) board

• Size: 155 × 8 mm
• Output: ~60+ lumens of addressable RGB light
• 16 × WS2812B-V6 RGB addressable LEDs
• Pixel count to set in software: 16
